Certificate of Conformity
The COC is the car’s official datasheet, issued by the manufacturer, containing technical information that confirms the car complies with the EU’s technical requirements. The COC is essential for vehicle registration. It is used for customs inspection, which is a prerequisite for registration.
Registration Certificate
The registration certificate contains various details about the car, including the make, model, first registration date, ownership, user, and technical data. It is used, among other things, for re-registration, such as in the case of a change of ownership.
CMR Documentation
The CMR document serves as a contract and proof of shipment, detailing the goods, transport route, and responsibilities, ensuring smooth and legally compliant logistics across borders
For Swedish export
We prepare export declarations in Sweden and assist with obtaining any missing documents.
Claims Handling
At DB Trading, we manage all claims directly with the supplier if vehicles do not match their description, including issues such as missing spare keys or documents. For all damages, a deductible of €500 per vehicle applies.
We ensure effective resolution and handle claims professionally and promptly.
